Jewson Price Increase March 2023

Dear customer, 

Given the current market conditions we know how important it is that you are provided with advanced notice of any significant price changes. We are therefore advising you of some price increases on products that are planned to come into effect on March 1st 2023. 

As always, we are working hard behind the scenes with our suppliers to minimise all increases, but we wanted to let you know the current projected increases to allow you to plan accordingly. 

Product Category & Price Increase 

Aggregates - Varies by region*
Concrete Lintels, Steps - 7.75%

Cement - 11%
Aggregate blocks - Up to 10%*
Aerated blocks - Up to 12.5%*
Landscaping porcelain - 17.5%
Rainwater - Up to 6.3%
Drainage and soil & waste - Up to 6.3%

* This increase will vary depending on your location, please speak to your nearest branch for more information. Please note, the above increases do not apply to all products within the categories and only highlight the most relevant price increases. 

Why we’re increasing our prices. 

The biggest reason noted for our suppliers increasing their costs are the significant pressures of increased energy costs. This is coupled with the continued rise in costs for the raw materials used to create the products themselves, as well as increased costs for transportation and fuel.
