1. Your Vision 

First we need to discover where you are and where you want to be. A phone call should help understand what you want and the next steps to achieve this. 

2. Architect Own Plans  

You have drawn up your plan drawings and have all the relevant permissions in place (including structural calculations if required).

3. Site Survey 

A Site Survey appointment is arranged at your home where we gain further understanding of the build, will will require a copy of your full plans & structural calculations to take away with us. 


4. The Full Quote

A quote is issued for your review and acceptance. 

5. Holding Deposit 

Upon approving the quote we will secure your position on the work programme with a holding deposit. 

6. Acceptance Meeting

A final meeting is arranged to confirm the final quote and discuss the start date for your project to commence, alongside the stage payment plan. 


7. Pre Contract Meeting

Two weeks prior to your build beginning we meet at your home to go through the important information we need to collate and provide before we start.

8. Building

Our team of master builders will begin the building process. We take care of our builders, so you don’t have to. Our builders pride themselves on the quality of their work and tidy sites which is managed by a site manager who will be your point of contact.

9. Completion

We ensure you are happy with the finishing touches and final build before signing off the project as complete.
